What does it mean to be on the wait list?
     To be put on the waitlist means you are waiting for a call that there is a spot available for your family at the approximate time you have requested to start.
     Being on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.

How do I make a payment?
     Payments are only accepted through the Procare Parent Portal. This is setup when you get on our wait-list or enroll.

Why does Clubhouse Cadets not have a main office?
     In order to keep tuition low, administration also works classrooms as teachers. For this reason, the best form of communication is email, as we are not always able to take phone calls dealing with administrative issues while teaching. If you need a call back, please leave a detailed message so that we can best help you. Call backs can take up to 48 hours to be returned.

Do you offer drop-in daycare?
     Sorry, but we do not offer drop-in daycare services at any of our Cadets locations.

I have called and/or emailed on the weekend or after hours, but why am I not getting a response?
     Clubhouse Cadets is closed on the weekend and after hours. This allows staff to spend time with their families.
